Yup I'm ready for winter to be over!
I got into a kayak for the first time last summer and loved it (though I can't say I've attempted many rapids in one. I'll have to get over my fears this summer)! I can't wait until it's warm enough to enjoy being outside...
Kayaking in gym class is one of my least favorite memories ever. This looks pretty fun though.
You Willamette River photo reminds me of the time we were kayaking from Peoria to Corvallis and was viciously attacked by "the bee."
